Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mavenkopay platform, operated by MAVENKOPAY LLC. By creating an account, calling the API, or using the dashboard, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Mavenkopay is provided to businesses, not consumers. You must represent a legal entity in good standing in a jurisdiction where Mavenkopay is available, and you must have authority to bind that entity.

3. Your account & keys

You are responsible for the security of your API keys, dashboard credentials and SSO configuration.

• Keep live keys out of version control and client-side code.
• Rotate keys at least every 12 months, and immediately on compromise.
• Enable SAML SSO and SCIM on the Platform plan.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Mavenkopay to process payments for prohibited categories (firearms, controlled substances, IP-infringing goods, and the full list maintained at /legal/aup). We may suspend access for documented violations after notice.

5. The platform

Mavenkopay provides checkout, onboarding and KYC, fraud scoring, payouts and developer APIs. The detailed scope of services is governed by your order form and the Master Services Agreement.

6. Fees & payouts

Fees are billed monthly in arrears based on processed volume and any add-ons. Captured funds settle to your Mavenkopay balance and pay out to your nominated bank account on the schedule in your plan. See the published pricing or your order form for current rates.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care as its own, for the duration of the agreement and three years thereafter.

8. Data & privacy

Our Data Processing Addendum is incorporated into these terms by reference. Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Warranties & liability

Mavenkopay warrants that the platform will operate substantially as described in the documentation. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months, except for breaches of confidentiality and IP indemnity.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach uncured for 30 days. On termination, we will export your data and ledger in a structured format at no charge for 90 days.

11. Governing law

Wyoming (USA) law governs these terms. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming, subject to mandatory EU consumer rules where applicable.
